WEDDING PACKAGES
STANDARD PACKAGE:
$4,000 -This particular package is recommended for weddings that have a total of one hundred plus guests. It includes shots of the bride from the makeup room to the final moments at the reception.
DETAILS:
Pictures from the wedding will be provided on a private online link which will be sent to you via email.
Prior to the event, we provide you with an invoice outlining all details of the service/s provided,as well as a contract indicating all aspects of our presence at the event i.e. from the beginning to the end of the event.
A receipt of full payment is also given after the wedding.
If an additional photographer is required, a fee of $1000 is carded for this extra service.
PRESIDENTIAL PACKAGE:
$5,000- This package is set for weddings that have a total of two hundred plus guests. It includes shots of the bride and groom from the dressing room/make up room to the final moments at the reception. Video of the event prior to its time is also included along with a movie trailer of the wedding of the bride and groom featuring preparations of the ball room, church etc. Two photographers are set for this package in its entirety.
Note: The editing of the video takes a processing period of approximately four weeks. This is to ensure high quality.
DETAILS:
High resolution pictures via online transmission. (Private link to online gallery is provided)
A Blu Ray or DVD of the wedding with full menu and bonus features
(Specific to commentary of guests & close relatives)
An invoice of all services provided as well as a receipt of full payment collected for the wedding is given to the client.
Fees for all wedding packages are non refundable. Elevation Studios requires a down payment of fifty percent(50%) of the cost price of the package two days prior to shooting the wedding.
After the duration of the event is complete, the other fifty percent must be paid in order to receive photos either digitally or via hard copy.
